De Auberge chez Lazare ligt in de gemeente Arros-de-Nay, in het hart van het Pays de Nay. De Auberge is een traditioneel restaurant gerund door Christophe. Het werd opgericht door zijn overgrootvader Lazare in 1874 rond de steengroeven van Labassères
In zijn hoek belicht de chef een van de specialiteiten van Béarn: de Poule au Pot. Het werd ingesteld door Koning Henri IV. Het is een recept op basis van kip gekookt in een bouillon vergezeld van groenten en rijst. Om uw smaakpapillen te verwennen, gebruikt Christophe verse en lokale ingrediënten. Profiteer van het terras, dat uitkijkt over het omringende landschap, om de gebeurtenissen die plaatsvinden bij te wonen.
