L’Auberge chez Lazare est située sur la commune d’Arros-de-Nay, au cœur du Pays de Nay. L’auberge est un restaurant traditionnel dirigé par Christophe. Il fut fondé par son arrière-grand-père, Lazare, en 1874 autour des carrières de Labassères.
Dans son coin de compagne, le chef met en avant une des spécialités du Béarn : la Poule au Pot. Elle a été instituée par le roi Henri IV. C’est une recette à base de poule cuite dans un bouillon accompagné de légumes et de riz. Pour régaler vos papilles, Christophe utilise des ingrédients frais et locaux. Profitez également d’une terrasse ouverte sur la campagne environnante pour profiter du grand air !
