L'Hermitage de Marie es una antigua dependencia renovada en estilo contemporáneo, situada en el parque de una mansión centenaria: un aire de campo en la ciudad. Situado cerca del museo nacional Adrien Dubouché, del museo Bernadaud, del teatro de la Unión y del Cinema les Ecrans, el Hermitage de Marie le permitirá llegar fácilmente al centro de Limoges a pie o en autobús. En esta zona tranquila, encontrará todos los comercios (minimercado, farmacia, tienda de productores ecológicos...) con apertura los 7 días de la semana (para el minimercado). Se puede aparcar en las calles vecinas del barrio (de forma gratuita). Posibilidad de aparcar delante de la casa rural, a discutir con los propietarios.
