L'Hermitage de Marie is een oud bijgebouw gerenoveerd in een eigentijdse stijl, gelegen op het terrein van een eeuwenoud landhuis: een landelijke sfeer in de stad. L'Hermitage de Marie ligt dicht bij het nationale museum Adrien Dubouché, het museum Bernadaud, het Union-theater en bioscoop Les Ecrans, en is gemakkelijk te voet of met de bus te bereiken vanuit het centrum van Limoges. In deze rustige wijk vind je alle winkels die je nodig hebt (minimarkt, apotheek, winkel met biologische producten, enz.), die 7 dagen per week geopend zijn (in het geval van de minimarkt). Je kunt gratis parkeren in de aangrenzende straten. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren voor de gîte, te regelen met de eigenaars.
