Le Buste et l'Oreille es una bodega y un bar en el centro de Arles. Pero, ¿por qué este nombre? Como homenaje a nuestra hermosa y antigua ciudad... y también porque los juegos de palabras sobre el vino ya están hechos... hemos decidido encarnar nuestro lugar con dos personajes emblemáticos: Julio César (y su busto especialmente... que se encontró en el Ródano) y Vincent Van Gogh (bueno, especialmente su oreja... que se encontró en el Hôtel Dieu). ¿Ahora lo sabes todo?
