Le Buste et l’Oreille est une cave et un bar à vins en plein centre-ville d’Arles. Mais pourquoi ce nom ? En hommage à notre belle et antique citée – et aussi parce que les jeux de mots sur le vin ont tous été fait – nous avons décidé d’incarner notre lieux avec deux personnages emblématiques : Jules César (et son buste surtout… qui a été retrouvé dans le Rhône) et Vincent Van Gogh (enfin surtout son oreille… qui a été retrouvée à l’Hôtel Dieu).
