Situado en el corazón de Biarritz, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Grande Plage. El proyecto Cocina nació del encuentro entre Gilles Grasteau y Maëlle Redondo. Su pasión compartida por la gastronomía, el País Vasco y España les llevó a elegir Biarritz por su historia, su cultura y su entorno. Decidieron crear un lugar cálido y acogedor donde compartir su pasión por los productos locales y los platos gastronómicos.
Su exigencia comienza con la elección de los productos, que son frescos y de temporada. Gilles trabaja durante todo el año en los distintos menús de sus comedores. Con este espíritu creativo, rodeado de su equipo altamente cualificado, revisita los grandes clásicos de la gastronomía francesa.
