El apartamento amueblado está situado en una tranquila aldea a 1,5 km de los comercios de Châteauponsac. Numerosos senderos cercanos bordean y atraviesan el río Gartempe, campos y bosques. Two hoots es una casa recientemente renovada con todas las comodidades modernas (conexión a Internet, calefacción central, etc.) que ha conservado su estilo antiguo. La zona exterior está bien acondicionada: jardín, patio privado y terreno con piscina exterior en verano, bádminton, pista de petanca, ping-pong, canasta de baloncesto y un granero con juegos (futbolín, billar y dardos).
