La struttura si trova in una tranquilla frazione a 1,5 km dai negozi di Châteauponsac. Numerosi sentieri nelle vicinanze vi guideranno attraverso campi e boschi e lungo il fiume Gartempe. Two hoots è una casa recentemente ristrutturata, dotata di tutti i comfort moderni (connessione internet, riscaldamento centrale, ecc.) pur mantenendo il suo stile antico. L'area esterna è ben disposta: giardino, cortile privato e terreno con piscina all'aperto in estate, campo da badminton, campo da bocce, canestro da basket e un fienile con giochi (calcio balilla, tavolo da biliardo e freccette, ping pong).
