Le meublé est situé dans un hameau paisible à 1,5 km des commerces de Châteauponsac. De nombreux sentiers de randonnées situés à proximité du logement vous guideront à travers champs et bois et le long de la Gartempe. Two hoots est une maison récemment rénovée, dotée de tout le confort moderne (connexion internet, chauffage central...) tout en ayant conservé son style ancien. L'espace extérieur est bien aménagé : jardin, cour privative et terrain avec piscine extérieure en été, badminton, terrain de pétanque, panier de basket, et une grange avec jeux (babyfoot, billard, et fléchettes, tennis de table).
