Het pand ligt in een rustig gehucht op 1,5 km van de winkels in Châteauponsac. Talrijke wandelpaden in de buurt leiden je door velden en bossen en langs de rivier de Gartempe. De buitenruimte is goed aangelegd: tuin, privé binnenplaats en terrein met buitenzwembad in de zomer, badmintonbaan, petanquebaan, basketbalring, en een schuur met spelletjes (tafelvoetbal, biljart, en darts, tafeltennis).
