La casa rural se encuentra al final de una pintoresca aldea cerca del lago de Saint Pardoux. Su terraza orientada al suroeste se abre al jardín de 150 m² que no tiene vistas y a la piscina, de 7X4 m, privada y climatizada con cubierta retráctil y abierta de junio a septiembre (posibilidad en mayo según las condiciones meteorológicas) que da a un valle tranquilo. Aparcamiento privado.
