El Museo de la Baja Navarra está situado en Saint-Palais, en la encrucijada de los caminos de peregrinación de Tours (GR 655) y Vézelay (GR 654).
El recorrido abarca diversos temas relacionados con la historia de la Baja Navarra y Saint-Palais: la prehistoria, la presencia romana, las nuevas ciudades de la Baja Navarra, la Chancillería de Navarra, la ceca de Saint-Palais, la pelota vasca, el Saint-Palais del siglo XIX, las rutas jacobeas, la artesanía, el arte lítico y la agricultura en la Baja Navarra.
