La nueva iglesia, de estilo neogótico, fue inaugurada solemnemente el 28 de abril de 1904 por el cardenal Langénieux, arzobispo de Reims. Es importante y mucho más grande que el anterior. Cuenta con luminosas vidrieras inspiradas en el estilo art nouveau. Cedidas por benefactores, estas vidrieras evocan la vida de Saint-Martin y Saint-Louis y una de ellas, que representa a un grupo de oficiales, rinde homenaje a los soldados que se sacrificaron en la defensa de Bazeilles en 1870.
