Construida en los siglos XIII y XIV, la iglesia fue fortificada en los siglos XVI y XVII para contrarrestar las invasiones de mercenarios. El edificio tiene una alta torre sobre el presbiterio con macizos contrafuertes. En la parte superior de la torre hay 6 amplios ventanales.
