Westbourne es una aldea, parroquia civil y distrito electoral en el distrito de Chichester en West Sussex, Inglaterra. Se encuentra a 0,5 millas al noreste de Emsworth. La parroquia incluye las aldeas de Woodmancote y Aldsworth, y una vez incluyó los asentamientos de Southbourne y Prinsted al sur. La aldea se encuentra en el río Ems, un pequeño río que desemboca en el puerto de Chichester en Emsworth. Se cree que la aldea toma su nombre de su posición en el río, que tradicionalmente marca el límite más occidental de Sussex, bourne siendo un término arcaico para un límite así como para un pequeño río o arroyo.
La parroquia cubre un área de 1,846 acres. La población de la aldea en 2011 es de 2,309, de los cuales 1,656 son económicamente activos, y viven en 1,000 hogares.
