Latimer es una aldea que se encuentra en la frontera entre Buckinghamshire y Hertfordshire, Inglaterra. En 2013, la parroquia civil de Latimer fue renombrada como Latimer y Ley Hill. La parroquia, que forma parte del distrito de Buckinghamshire de Chiltern, incluye las aldeas de Latimer, Ley Hill y Tyler's Hill.
Latimer originalmente estaba unida a la aldea vecina de Chenies. Ambas se llamaron antiguamente Isenhampstead, en un tiempo en el que había un palacio real en la cercanía. Sin embargo, durante el reinado del Rey Eduardo III de Inglaterra, las tierras se dividieron entre dos barones manoriales: Thomas Cheyne en la aldea que más tarde se conocería como 'Chenies', y William Latimer en esta aldea. Latimer tomó posesión de la mansión en 1326.
