La Biblioteca y Museo de Campbeltown es un museo y antigua biblioteca en la ciudad escocesa de Campbeltown. Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, en la intersección entre St John Street y Hall Street. En 1984, el edificio fue incluido en la lista de monumentos escoceses en la categoría más alta A.
El fundador del edificio fue James MacAlister Hall, originario de Campbeltown. Regresó a su ciudad natal después de una larga carrera en India. Como arquitecto, contrató a John James Burnet, uno de los arquitectos escoceses más exitosos de la época, quien presentó un diseño en el estilo victoriano escocés. El edificio se construyó entre 1897 y 1898, utilizando únicamente materiales de alta calidad. Posteriormente, la biblioteca se trasladó del edificio y los espacios liberados se utilizaron como oficinas de la ciudad de Campbeltown. El jardín interior fue reestructurado en el siglo XXI en memoria de Linda McCartney. Se colocó allí una escultura que muestra a la fotógrafa y músico.
