La Biblioteca e Museo di Campbeltown è un museo ed ex biblioteca nella città scozzese di Campbeltown. Si trova nel centro città all'incrocio tra St John Street e Hall Street. Nel 1984 l'edificio è stato inserito nell'elenco dei monumenti scozzesi nella massima categoria A.
Il fondatore dell'edificio è stato James MacAlister Hall, originario di Campbeltown. Tornò nella sua città natale dopo una lunga carriera in India. Come architetto, assunse John James Burnet, uno dei più riusciti architetti scozzesi dell'epoca, che presentò un progetto nello stile vittoriano scozzese. L'edificio fu costruito tra il 1897 e il 1898, utilizzando esclusivamente materiali di alta qualità. In seguito, la biblioteca fu trasferita dall'edificio e gli spazi liberati furono utilizzati come uffici della città di Campbeltown. Il cortile interno è stato riqualificato nel 21° secolo e in memoria di Linda McCartney. Una scultura che mostra la fotografa e musicista è stata collocata lì.
