El Túnel Severn[1] es un túnel ferroviario en el Reino Unido, que une el sur de Gloucestershire, en el oeste de Inglaterra a Monmouthshire en el sur de Gales con el estuario del río Severn.
El túnel fue construido por el ferrocarril de Great Western entre 1873 y 1886. Posee 4 milas 624 yardas de largo, aunque sólo 2 ¼ millas del túnel están bajo el río. Por más de 100 años fue el túnel ferroviario más largo de la línea principal en el Reino Unido, hasta que se abrieron las dos principales de alta velocidad en 2007 como parte del Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
