El Servicio de Inteligencia Secreto , más conocido como MI6 o SIS,[1] es la agencia de inteligencia exterior del Reino Unido.
Bajo las órdenes del Joint Intelligence Committee, trabaja junto con el Servicio de Seguridad , las Jefaturas de Comunicaciones del Gobierno y el personal de Inteligencia de la Defensa . El MI6 es responsable de las actividades de espionaje del Reino Unido en ultramar. El servicio tiene su sede central en Vauxhall Cross, Londres, desde 1995.
