El puente Over, también conocido como el puente de Telford, es un antiguo puente de carretera construido en el siglo XIX en Gloucester, Inglaterra, que cruzaba el río Severn, dirigiéndose hacia Gales y otros lugares al oeste de la ciudad. Es preservado como monumento histórico por English Heritage y actualmente solo se utiliza como puente peatonal. El puente se encuentra inmediatamente al sur del puente de la carretera A40. Hasta la apertura del puente Severn en 1966, el puente Over era el último puente sobre el río antes de que este desembocara en el canal de Bristol.
