La Isla de Santa Catalina es una pequeña isla intermareal unida a Tenby en Pembrokeshire, Gales, por la playa del Castillo durante la marea baja. La isla, que es conocida coloquialmente como la Roca de Santa Catalina, es la ubicación del Fuerte de Santa Catalina.
El Conde de Pembroke poseyó la Isla de Santa Catalina hasta el reinado de Isabel I. Más tarde, la propiedad pasó a la Corporación de Tenby, que tomó posesión de una serie de tierras de la corona. Se registra en 1856 que algunas ovejas habitaban la isla. Un observador las describió como "criaturas medio salvajes y seguras de pie que corren, giran y miran, corren de nuevo y saltan de roca en roca casi con la agilidad del chamois alpino".
