La Iglesia Metodista Independiente de Newbuildings está situada en la carretera Duncastle en el pueblo de Newbuildings, a unas 5 millas de Derry en Irlanda del Norte. Fue inaugurada oficialmente en 1985 bajo el ministerio del Rev. Robert Maxwell. El Rev. Maxwell comenzó su labor evangelística en el año 1978. Continuó ministrando a la congregación hasta 1988, cuando aceptó el llamado de la Iglesia Metodista Independiente de Dungannon.
