El Ayuntamiento del Condado de Suffolk Este es un edificio histórico ubicado en St Helen's Street en Ipswich. El edificio, que fue la sede del Consejo del Condado de Suffolk Este hasta 1974 y luego del Consejo del Condado de Suffolk hasta 2004, es un edificio catalogado como Grado II.
La parte más antigua del edificio fue diseñada por William McIntosh Brooks en el estilo Tudor y completada en 1837. El diseño de este edificio, conocido como el "bloque de entrada principal", consistía en una fachada principal aproximadamente simétrica de 150 pies que daba a St Helen's Street; la sección central presentaba una puerta con arco en la planta baja y una ventana con travesaño en el primer piso flanqueada por torres gemelas con almenas; también había alas laterales con almenas y dos pabellones en los extremos que se proyectaban ligeramente hacia adelante.
