Le East Suffolk County Hall est un bâtiment historique situé dans St Helen's Street à Ipswich. Le bâtiment, qui était le siège du East Suffolk County Council jusqu'en 1974 puis du Suffolk County Council jusqu'en 2004, est un bâtiment classé Grade II.
La partie la plus ancienne du bâtiment a été conçue par William McIntosh Brooks dans le style Tudor et achevée en 1837. Le design de ce bâtiment, connu sous le nom de "bloc d'entrée principal", impliquait une façade principale d'environ 150 pieds face à St Helen's Street ; la section centrale comportait une porte en arc au rez-de-chaussée et une fenêtre à traverse au premier étage flanquée de tours jumelées crénelées ; il y avait également des ailes latérales crénelées et deux pavillons d'extrémité légèrement projetés en avant.
