El Hospital Memorial, Woolwich, es un hospital situado en Shooter's Hill en el sureste de Londres, en el Real Borough de Greenwich. Hoy en día, es administrado por el Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust y funciona principalmente como un centro de día para ancianos, al mismo tiempo que ofrece instalaciones para pacientes psiquiátricos.
Después de la Primera Guerra Mundial, se estableció un fondo para recaudar el coste anticipado de 50,000 £ para el nuevo edificio del hospital, que sería un memorial duradero para los muertos de la guerra de la zona local y para reemplazar el Hospital Cottage de Woolwich y Plumstead.
