L'ospedale Memorial, Woolwich è un ospedale situato a Shooter's Hill nel sud-est di Londra nel Royal Borough di Greenwich. Oggi gestito dall'Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, funge principalmente da centro diurno per gli anziani, offrendo anche servizi per pazienti psichiatrici.
Dopo la Prima Guerra Mondiale, fu istituito un fondo per raccogliere i 50.000 sterline previsti per il nuovo edificio dell'ospedale, come un memoriale duraturo per i caduti in guerra della zona locale e per sostituire il Woolwich e il Plumstead Cottage Hospital. Il sito selezionato era il Telegraph Field.
