L'Hôpital Mémorial, Woolwich est un hôpital situé sur Shooter's Hill dans le sud-est de Londres dans la Royal Borough de Greenwich. Aujourd'hui géré par la confiance de l'hôpital Oxleas NHS, il fonctionne principalement comme un centre de jour pour les personnes âgées tout en offrant également des installations pour les patients psychiatriques
Après la Première Guerre mondiale, un fonds a été créé pour recueillir les 50 000 £ prévues pour le coût du nouveau bâtiment hospitalier afin d'être un mémorial durable pour les morts de la guerre de la région locale et de remplacer l'hôpital de Woolwich et Plumstead Cottage. Le site sélectionné était Telegraph Field.
