Radio Caroline es una emisora de radio europea que inició sus transmisiones el domingo santo 28 de marzo de 1964, desde un barco anclado en aguas internacionales cerca de la costa de Felixstowe, Suffolk, Inglaterra.
A pesar del gran número de emisoras sin licencia que transmitían desde barcos anclados en aguas internacionales cerca de la costa inglesa, Radio Caroline fue la primera en su estilo que transmitió en inglés durante todo el día. Esto último, unido a la tenacidad de la emisora para sobrevivir por 40 años, han hecho de Radio Caroline un nombre muy conocido en las emisoras de alta mar.
