El Hospital de Tyrone y Fermanagh es una instalación de salud mental en Omagh, condado de Tyrone, Irlanda del Norte. Está gestionado por la Autoridad de Salud y Atención Social del Oeste.
El hospital fue encargado como una iniciativa de la nobleza de los condados de Tyrone y Fermanagh a principios del siglo XIX. Fue diseñado por William Farrell en estilo gótico isabelino y se inauguró como el Asilo Lunático del Distrito de Omagh en 1853. Aunque originalmente se pensó para alojar a 300 pacientes, esto resultó inadecuado y se erigieron edificios adicionales; las alas este y oeste fueron ampliadas en la década de 1860. Para la década de 1930, la instalación se había convertido en el Hospital de Tyrone y Fermanagh. Tras la introducción de la Atención en la Comunidad a principios de la década de 1980, el hospital entró en un período de declive y se han programado el cierre de algunas salas.
