L'Ecrivain fue un restaurante en Lower Baggot Street en Dublín, Irlanda, que fue galardonado con una estrella Michelin desde 2003 hasta 2020. La Guía Michelin otorgó al restaurante la "M Roja", indicando "buena comida a un precio razonable", desde 1996 hasta 1999.
El propietario del restaurante era el chef famoso irlandés Derry Clarke, quien ha aparecido en programas de televisión como The Restaurant, The Afternoon Show y The Panel y también ha sido juez en la serie de televisión de realidad Fáilte Towers. L'Ecrivain fue descrito como "la cantina corporativa de Dublín" por el Irish Independent. El restaurante fue inaugurado en 1989 por Derry Clarke y su esposa Sallyann. Cerró en marzo de 2021.
