La Torre Moher es la ruina de piedra de una antigua torre de vigilancia de la era napoleónica que se encuentra en la Cabeza de la Vieja, en el extremo sur de los Acantilados de Moher, en el Condado de Clare, Irlanda.
La torre actual se erige cerca del sitio de un fortín de promontorio mucho más antiguo, conocido como Mothar o Moher. Esta fortificación anterior permaneció en pie hasta al menos 1780 y se menciona en un relato de John Lloyd en un Tour Corto de Clare. La fortificación anterior fue demolida en 1808 para proporcionar material para una nueva torre de vigilancia/señalización. Esta se construyó cerca durante las Guerras Napoleónicas, en un momento en que se construyeron torres similares a lo largo de las costas atlánticas para contrarrestar los temores de invasión durante el reinado de Napoleón en Europa.
