La Torre di Moher è la rovina in pietra di un vecchio torre d'avvistamento dell'era napoleonica che si erge sulla Testa della Strega, all'estremità meridionale delle Scogliere di Moher, nella Contea di Clare, in Irlanda.
L'attuale torre si trova vicino al sito di un forte promontorio molto più antico, noto come Mothar o Moher. Questa fortificazione precedente è rimasta in piedi fino almeno al 1780 ed è menzionata in un resoconto di John Lloyd in un Breve Tour della Clare. La fortificazione precedente fu demolita nel 1808 per fornire materiale per una nuova torre di avvistamento/sigegnali. Questa fu costruita nelle vicinanze durante le Guerre Napoleoniche, in un periodo in cui torri simili venivano costruite lungo le coste atlantiche per contrastare le paure di invasione durante il regno di Napoleone in Europa.
