Iselle di Trasquera es una estación en Italia en el portal sur del túnel de Simplon. El 29 de mayo de 1905 se desveló cerca de la estación un monumento en memoria de los trabajadores que perdieron la vida durante la construcción del túnel.
Desde 1906 hasta 1930, Iselle fue el punto final del suministro de energía trifásica desde Brig. Hasta 1929, aquí se cambiaban las locomotoras, ya que los trenes que se dirigían hacia Suiza funcionaban con electricidad, mientras que en la parte italiana había tracción a vapor en ese momento. La grúa de agua para abastecer a las locomotoras sigue estando presente hasta el día de hoy.
