El Palacio Colonna Barberini es un edificio ubicado en Palestrina, en la provincia de Roma. Propiedad del estado italiano, es la sede del Museo Arqueológico.
Los orígenes del Palacio Colonna Barberini se remontan al siglo IX. Fue construido en el sitio del santuario de Fortuna Primigenia, desde la época romana, luego demolido y reconstruido en el siglo XV. Su nombre proviene de los señores locales que lo poseían, los Colonna, quienes construyeron el pueblo y el palacio, y los Barberini, que compraron la propiedad en el siglo XVII y la retuvieron hasta el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, durante la cual el palacio sufrió graves daños.
