La diócesis de Lodi es una diócesis existente desde el siglo IV con sede en la ciudad de Lodi, Lombardía y es sufragánea a la Arquidiócesis de Milán.[1] Su actual obispo es Mons. Mauricio Malvestiti.
De acuerdo a la leyenda, durante el gobierno de Diocleaciano 4000 cristianos junto con su obispo de nombre desconocido, fueron quemados vivos en su iglesia local. San Basiano, el patrón de la ciudad de Lodi fue obispo en 378.
