La Abadía de Passignano, también llamada Abadía de San Michele Arcangelo en Passignano, es una histórica abadía benedictina situada en la cima de una montaña, rodeada de cipreses, al este de la ciudad de Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, ciudad metropolitana de Florencia, Italia.
Los documentos que citan la abadía datan de los años 890 durante la época lombarda. En el año 1049 se le dio una ermita anterior a Juan Gualberto, el fundador de la Orden de Vallombrosa. La abadía se convirtió en uno de los lugares principales de la orden y, por sí misma, una importante propietaria de tierras a mediados del siglo XIV. Reformada y alterada a lo largo de los siglos, en 1866 los monjes fueron expulsados y el lugar fue vendido a propietarios privados, uno de los cuales construyó algunas torres y falsos almenas.
