El Pozzo di San Patrizio es un pozo histórico en Orvieto, Umbría, Italia central. Fue construido por el arquitecto-ingéniero Antonio da Sangallo el Joven de Florencia, entre 1527 y 1537, a instancias del Papa Clemente VII, quien se había refugiado en Orvieto durante el saqueo de Roma en 1527 por el emperador romano Carlos V, y temía que el suministro de agua de la ciudad fuera insuficiente en caso de un asedio. El pozo fue completado en 1537 durante el papado del Papa Pablo III.
