Der Pozzo di San Patrizio ist ein historischer Brunnen in Orvieto, Umbrien, im zentralen Italien. Er wurde von dem Architekten und Ingenieur Antonio da Sangallo dem Jüngeren aus Florenz zwischen 1527 und 1537 auf Befehl von Papst Clemens VII. erbaut, der während der Plünderung Roms im Jahr 1527 durch den Heiligen Römischen Kaiser Karl V. Zuflucht in Orvieto gesucht hatte und befürchtete, dass die Wasserversorgung der Stadt im Falle einer Belagerung unzureichend sein würde. Der Brunnen wurde 1537 während des Pontifikats von Papst Paul III. fertiggestellt.
