Pozzo di San Patrizio er en historisk brønd i Orvieto, Umbrien, centralt Italien. Den blev bygget af arkitekt-ingeniøren Antonio da Sangallo den Yngre fra Firenze, mellem 1527 og 1537, efter ordre fra pave Clement VII, som havde søgt tilflugt i Orvieto under plyndringen af Rom i 1527 af den hellige romerske kejser Karl V, og frygtede, at byens vandforsyning ville være utilstrækkelig i tilfælde af en belejring. Brønden blev færdiggjort i 1537 under pave Paul III's paveembed.
