La diócesis de Molfetta-Ruvo-Giovinazzo-Terlizzi es una diócesis católica romana ubicada en Italia con sede en Molfetta. La diócesis pertenece a la provincia eclesiástica de Bari-Bitonto y, junto con la archidiócesis de Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie y las diócesis de Altamura-Gravina-Acquaviva delle Fonti, Andria y Conversano-Monopoli, es sufragánea de la archidiócesis de Bari-Bitonto.
La diócesis fue fundada en el siglo XII como diócesis de Molfetta. El 4 de marzo de 1986 se incorporaron las diócesis de Ruvo, Giovinazzo y Terlizzi, tras lo cual el nombre pasó a ser Molfetta-Ruvo-Giovinazzo-Terlizzi.
