La diócesis de Avezzano es una jurisdicción eclesiástica de la Iglesia Católica en Italia, con sede en la ciudad de Avezzano, y hace parte de la provincia eclesiástica de L'Aquila, que a su vez pertenece a la región eclesiástica de Abruzos-Molise.
La diócesis se formó en el siglo IX con el nombre de Diócesis de Marsi siendo renombrada el año 1986 como Diócesis de Avezzano.
