La iglesia de Sant'Agostino es un edificio religioso que se encuentra en el centro histórico de Pesaro, en Las Marcas.
Una primera iglesia, románica, dedicada a san Lorenzo fue erigida en este lugar en 1258 por los Eremitanos de Sant'Agostino. A finales del '300 y comienzos del '400, la iglesia fue profundamente modificada y ampliada en estilo gótico con el patrocinio de la familia Malatesta. De este período se conservan el campanario con un hermoso marco de hojas de terra cotta y el precioso portal gótico-veneciano de la fachada. Este último es una obra maestra de este estilo en la ciudad, realizado en piedra blanca de Istria y mármol rojo de Verona, adornado con leones y estatuas dentro de nichos y tabernáculos.
