El Canal Mosa-Mosela es un canal que nunca se terminó completamente y que debía formar una conexión entre el Mosa y el Mosela. Para realizar la conexión, se debía construir un túnel de canal de 2,5 kilómetros a través de una colina de granito y pizarra en la frontera entre Bélgica y Luxemburgo. Este túnel desembocaría en Hoffelt. Debido a los enormes costos y a la inestabilidad política tras la revolución belga, las obras se detuvieron a 1130 metros.
