tal vez el edificio más extravagante de todos los de Campeche, y no ha de extrañar, porque fue construido por uno de los hombre más ricos del siglo XVIII, Don Rafael Carvajal Iturralde, comerciante y propietario de la Hacienda Uayamón. Su arquitectura cuenta con herrerías en los ventanales, columnas toscanas y arcos moriscos en el patio, y tradicionales pisos y escaleras de mármol negro y blanco. En su fachada encuentras la insignia “RCI” de quien fuera su propietario. Actualmente hay oficinas estatales y la mansión puede visitarse como un edificio público.
