El Castillo Hoensbroek o Gebrookhoes (Castillo Gebrook) es uno de los castillos más grandes de los Países Bajos. La parte más antigua del castillo, en particular la alta torre redonda, data de alrededor de 1360, cuando Herman Hoen lo renovó. En 1225 ya había un precursor en este pantano (o gebrook), un denominado motte-castillo. En 1250 se construyó en el lugar del castillo actual una casa fortificada. Debido a su posición muy estratégica para Brabante en las importantes rutas comerciales hacia Maastricht, Aquisgrán y Colonia, el castillo fue ampliado en fases sucesivas hasta convertirse en la mayor fortaleza entre el Mosa y el Rin. Contiene 67 salas, habitaciones y espacios.
