La sala de carne es un edificio histórico en la Grote Markt de Haarlem, que actualmente alberga la ubicación Hal del Museo Frans Hals. Desde 1386, había una sala de carne en la esquina de Spekstraat y Warmoesstraat, donde los carniceros vendían carne. Por ello, Warmoesstraat se llamó durante mucho tiempo Vleeshouwersstraat. Era conveniente vender carne en un punto central, ya que los ciudadanos tenían más opciones y los inspectores del gobierno podían controlar mejor la carne.
