El monumento "Ambonezenbosje" se encuentra en la Carel Coenraadpolder, junto al Deltadijk. El bosquecillo de álamos fue creado tras la demolición de los barracones, donde de 1953 a 1961 residían alrededor de 300 amboneces. Antes de esto, hubo un campo de trabajo DUW, una fortificación militar alemana y una prisión para miembros del NSB.
