Het gedenkteken "Ambonezenbosje" staat in de Carel Coenraadpolder tegen de Deltadijk aan. Het populierenbosje is aangelegd na afbraak van de barakken, waarin van 1953 tot 1961 ca. 300 Ambonezen woonden. Voordien waren hier een DUW-werkkamp, een Duitse militaire versterking en een gevangenis voor NSB-ers.
